Exchange and Refund

Do take note that all goods sold are non-refundable

Here at Zlynn, all items are exchangeable unless stated
All items are to be exchanged within 7 working days

How to exchange?
Email us at general@zlynn.com with subject Exchanging items and the following format:
Reasons for exchanging:
Your current item:
Item you want to exchange for:
Additional cost:
Note(if any):

We will get back to you within 2 working days regarding your exchange status.

Buyers please note that exchange is available only when the item you'd like to exchange for is available and not sold or out of stock.
Exchange is only allowed once so choose wisely
In case the item you're exchanging for is lower in terms of cost, you will not receive any refund
For items priced higher than your original item you will have to top up the excess
Postage fee of SGD $1.50 will be required and item will be sent through normal post.
For buyer who'd like to opt for register post, postage will be SGD$2.50 (bear by buyer)

*Exchange will be processed after extra cost(if any) and postage fee is received
