hereDo you do meet up?We do not do meet up. All parcels are delivered by Sing Post. For buyers’ convenience, we deliver item to your doorstep within certain area for 8 items and above. Flat charge of SGD$2.50 will be charge.
Can I get a refund if the item is not to my liking?All goods sold are non-refundable. You may however request for an exchange.

hereWhat is the difference between register and normal post?Normal mail will be send to buyer’s mailbox and in case item is lost, it cannot be found and we will not be held responsible.
Register mail will be send to buyers’ doorstep and in case buyer is not at home, you may arrange for them to deliver it to you other days or pick up your item at your nearest post office
I did not receive an email after 2 working days, why is that so?In case you did not receive a payment email from us after 2 workings day please send us an email to order@zlynn.com
I want to change my order, is it possible?To change your order, kindly email us @ order@zlynn.com
Please note that order will only be allowed to change if stock if availble
I want to cancel my orderCancellation will not be accepted so only order after serious consideration.
We will take notice of buyers who do not responds to email as well.
