Helpful Tips

Take note!

1. To avoid colour from running when doing your laundry, always separate colours from white. Do not soak it in the water for too long.
2. When washing, use water at 30°c or below, iron with low to mid temperature
3. For clothes with sequins, bead and etc, overturn it and hand wash
4. For silk and cotton clothing, avoid washing them in the washing machine as this will cause them to shrink

How do you measure your clothes?
We measure according to the way stated in our measurement chart.
Measurement chart is available here

Do you do meet up?
We do not do meet up. All parcels are delivered by Sing Post. For buyers’ convenience, we deliver item to your doorstep within certain area for 8 items and above. Flat charge of SGD$2.50 will be charge.

Can I get a refund if the item is not to my liking?
All goods sold are non-refundable. You may however request for an exchange.

Can I exchange for something else?
Yes, you may exchange your item for another item but it is only allowed once. For more information regarding Exchange & Refund refer here

What is the difference between register and normal post?
Normal mail will be send to buyer’s mailbox and in case item is lost, it cannot be found and we will not be held responsible.

Register mail will be send to buyers’ doorstep and in case buyer is not at home, you may arrange for them to deliver it to you other days or pick up your item at your nearest post office

I did not receive an email after 2 working days, why is that so?
In case you did not receive a payment email from us after 2 workings day please send us an email to order@zlynn.com

I want to change my order, is it possible?
To change your order, kindly email us @ order@zlynn.com
Please note that order will only be allowed to change if stock if availble

I want to cancel my order
Cancellation will not be accepted so only order after serious consideration.
We will take notice of buyers who do not responds to email as well.

I’ve made the payment, when can I get my items?
After confirming your payment, we will send you an email after sending out your items. It will take at most 3 business working days (:

Exchange and Refund

Do take note that all goods sold are non-refundable

Here at Zlynn, all items are exchangeable unless stated
All items are to be exchanged within 7 working days

How to exchange?
Email us at general@zlynn.com with subject Exchanging items and the following format:
Reasons for exchanging:
Your current item:
Item you want to exchange for:
Additional cost:
Note(if any):

We will get back to you within 2 working days regarding your exchange status.

Buyers please note that exchange is available only when the item you'd like to exchange for is available and not sold or out of stock.
Exchange is only allowed once so choose wisely
In case the item you're exchanging for is lower in terms of cost, you will not receive any refund
For items priced higher than your original item you will have to top up the excess
Postage fee of SGD $1.50 will be required and item will be sent through normal post.
For buyer who'd like to opt for register post, postage will be SGD$2.50 (bear by buyer)

*Exchange will be processed after extra cost(if any) and postage fee is received

Postage
All items are sent through Sing Post.
Normal post will be a fix SGD$1.50 and register post will be a fix SGD$2.50
We recommend register post as it is safer
We will not be responsible for loss of item by normal post
We do not meet up for collection nor hold mass meet up collection
For buyer’s convenience, we also deliver items to your doorstep personally at a flat charge of SGD$2.50 for 8 items and above

Cancellation of items
Cancellation of item is not allowed. If buyer is interested in another item, you may send us an email to inform us about the change of your item but no cancellation will be allowed. Change of item is only allowed once every purchase.

Personal information
All personal information will be kept confidential.

Exchange & Refund
All our items unless stated are exchangeable. However, all goods sold are non-refundable.

Color and measurement
Color may differ slightly due to monitor resolution so buyer must be able to accept the slight differences in actual item and on the screen. Allow a slight 3cm differences on measurement due to the different way of measuring

2. You will receive our payment email within 2 working days
3. Make payment and get back to us
4. Upon confirming your order we will mail out your items within 3 working days

Although we work for 7 days a week but do understand that the post office only work from Monday to Friday(half day on Saturday). All order and email will be process. However, mailing of items will only be carried out from Monday to Friday.
